Numbness

Hi there, i asked this question in my after gallbladder surgery thread but wasnt sure if many people would check it so thought id make a new thread! Sorry im not too good with forums
Had gallbladder surgery 2 and a half weeks ago now, next to the bottom incision on the right hand side is an area with a diameter about a cm is a kind of numb spot, not completely numb, but i can tell that not all the feeling is there on the surface, as in if i run my finger nail over the top i notice a considerable drop in feeling it. Could this just be that they have hit a nerve from the surgery or muscle repairing or should i be getting it checked out? Any advice would be appreciated

Re: Numbness

This is normal. Any time you have surgery/an incision, your body will keep it numb a while. It should slowly come back soon!
