I hope you did not think your digestion would be the same after you had your gallbladder removed??
Thin and loose stools indicate you are intaking too much insoluble fiber.
I afraid you are stuck on eating a diet that contains more soluble fiber to bulk up your stool.
You can do it with food or an insoluble fiber supplement.
For normal BMs a person needs 25 to 35 grams of fiber daily ---and that is with a GB. It also needs to be a combination of both soluble and insoluble fiber.
All meats, seafood and dairy products contain No fiber.
