If it's your gallbladder or GERD you can helpyourself by following a strict diet. Find some foods that don't seem to trigger problems and stick with them for a bit, then introduce stuff back in slowly. If you search major sites Gallbladder Diet the first few links will have good info for that.
Any other symptoms? Blood Pressure normal? Stool / movements Normal? Any unusual Pains? Etc?
Good luck. |
I've only had the blood work done, and nothing else has been requested as far as tests go.
Those are really the only symptoms I have. My blood pressure is normal, bowel movements are normal---stool is usually a brown/light brown color never is diharrea except once in a great while, probably from something that really just didn't agree with my stomach in general. The only pains I have are the ones I did mention like right at the bottom of inbetween the ribs. Though at times I will get a tingling kind of pain on my mid back left side section and usually that's after I sit for a long period of time (hour or more, and only sometimes I'll get that pain).
On the other hand, at times I do think the nausea may come from my allergies/sinuses as sometimes I'll feel like my throat is real dry/like closing up/or something dry is stuck inside my throat, and at other times after I eat, I feel like there is excess saliva that I constantly feel the need to swallow, either that or always clear my throat after eating as if there is flem or something in my throat.
I don't know if this helps anything with what I stated in my first post, but thought I would throw those things out there as well.
CTaylor, I think your case is more serious than mine is as I don't have any bouts of constant vomitting, and/or diharrea, just mainly the feeling of nausea.
Thanks!
