Question what can change the bowel movements ? colonoscopy was OK

about a month ago my bowel movements changed, i thought it's bc i was nervous about the upcoming colonoscopy, what i had 3 weeks ago. colonoscopy was ok, they didnt find anything wrong ( i was having it bc years ago they fund a pre cancerous polyp ). i use to have very regular bm, once every morning. now i have to go some days 4-5 times in the morning, i wouldn't call it dhiarrea (sp ?! ) but size, shape has changed. and i have cramping a lot of times, urge to go fast, go right after eating. if the colonoscopy was ok, what can cause this ? any answer appreciated
