tenderness, hunger, and nausea?

hello everyone.
recently i've been experiencing tenderness in my upper/middle stomach. it kind of feels like i constantly have a hole in my stomach. i get really bad nausea too. i constantly feel hungry. even after i eat, i still feel like i have that hole in my upper stomach. i feel bloated near the bottom of my stomach. I dont have regular bowel, maybe a few times a week.
ive had blood work done for bacteria and it came back fine.
a coworker said it could be acid reflux, although i dont have heartburn. i've been take pepcid ac, and it just make me cramp really bad.
anyone know whats going on?
any help would be appreciated! thanks.
