HIDA Scan in the UK
I have recently found out they do not perform this test in the UK. Could anyone confirm this as I feel that I need one and if they do not perform this what other options are there? I wonder if anyone is in the same situation and has been told that this test isn't an option?

Everyone from the UK who has posted on this board tells us this is the case. No one seems to know why they don't do it.

I wonder how the doctors can come to the conclusion that the gallbladder isn't functioning properly without having this scan then. I have been told more or less that I have to live with this debilitating condition!
