anytime i eat no matter what it is or how much i feel very sick and my stomach is huge.
it makes me hurt and very tired also
can you help me figure out why
i also only use the restroom about once every two weeks to a month most of the time

Try adding fiber to your diet. I put Benefiber on my cereal in the morning and it seems to help. There are also chewables you can take. Also eating veggies and fruit helps prevent constipation.

A person that does not have a BM at least every 3 days is considered constipated. Your situation is beyond that -- I think you need to go see a Doctor. It could be many things??
How are you doing with the magnesium?

Try cutting fiber out for a few days. It works for me. Then once you feel better, get a digestive enzyme that contains hydrochloric acid. It will help break down the foods you eat and you should produce less gas.
