What is wrong with my digestive system? I have experienced digestive issues for my entire life. My mother and sister report that they have, too. I seem to be sensitive to foods, all foods! While I know that can't really be possible, I am running out of ideas. I eat well, lots of fruits and vegetables, a little meat and dairy. I have done food journals, exclusion diets, the whole thing.
Here are some symptoms: cramping, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, excessive flatulence, anxiety, weight gain and loss, extreme fatigue.

I am so frustrated. These symptoms are really getting in the way of a full and productive life. Help!
