You may be experiencing acid reflux. The absolute best way to know is to see a Gastroenterologist and let them run some tests.
In the meantime, try drinking a full glass of water before your meals...drink a glass of water with your meals to help the food digest better...then drink a full glass after you eat.
Basically, if you're not a water drinker, start drinking it!! You'd be suprised at the difference it will make
