Was it a CT scan of your abdomen? If so, a CT scan of the abdomen can potentially find cysts, abscesses, infection, tumors, an aneurysm, enlarged lymph nodes, foreign objects, bleeding in the belly, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and appendicitis.
