Is Align probiotics the best or can I use another brand?

Hey can I take the Phillips probiotics or does it have to be align. I bought Phillips Colon Health Probiotic supplement - it has 1.5 billion cells per capsule. i want to take it because I have chronic nausau with no gallbladder. I thought I would give this a try because I think my digestive system is messed up since I took all the antibiotics in the winter time from being sick and then I also had my gallbladder taken out so I think my system is messed up!

I am seeing a gasterologist but it taking too long to get test and in the meantime I willing to try new stuff.

I really think my system is messed up because I was prescribed so many antiobiotics after my surgery and during the winter season when I was sick.

I also would like to know the answer to your question. I have been taking align and it has helped alot but it is about 30.00 dollars for a month supply and colon health is 1/2 that price maybe a little less. Align has bacteria bifantis in it and that is the claim that makes it better than the others.

Re: Is Align probiotics the best or can I use another brand?

I've been taking Align for 2 months now. Initially I thought it was helping, but now I'm not really seeing much improvement anymore. It is expensive, but I've come across far more expensive ones, too! When I ended my 2nd month of Align, I decided to give Culterelle a try. I just started the 2nd week, and not feeling much of a difference. This is so frustrating. I think I've tried about 8 different brands of probiotics over the last 6 months, and none of them have really provided much relief...I'm sad to say. If anyone comes across one that actually works...please share with the rest of us!!!

Talking Re: Is Align probiotics the best or can I use another brand?

Hi - I am taking Ultimate Probiotic Formula with 60 Billion Organisms per capsule and it is dairy free - It seems to be working very well. Does not give you cramping or anything like that, and I don't ever have that bloated feeling like I did before. It is so hard to say which one is best, because all of our systems function the same way, but our bodies don't act the same way. Clear as mudd right?

My Mom swears by Dr. Whitaker, but who really knows. I have studied a lot on holistic ways to help our bodies and herbs, but it always seems like trial and error to me. I am looking for the same answers. I am new to this site and am looking for answers and I bet they are here.

Align can be very good if you don't get severe constipation from it. The best probiotic is VSL-3. You can get it online. It's amazing.
