3 wks of nausea, headache, fatigue, bad taste in mouth
Have had nausea (occasional vomiting) and headache, fatigue for 3-4 wks. Husband has it also. Very bad taste in mouth. Don't want to cook or eat much because nothing tastes right. The headache and nausea comes and goes, along with a "back of the neck" pain. Does anyone know what this is, and, more importantly, how long it lasts? Has to be a "bug" of some sort...

Hi Trishtay -
This may be way off, but what you describe rings bells with me - my h and I had candida infections and passed them back and forth for literally years until an astute doctor caught on and treated us both simultaneously. He never associated his digestive symptoms or sinus infections with candida! I am very susceptible to yeast (it gets all through my body, not just a local infection) and have had to make numerous lifestyle changes to accommodate this. If this is an issue for you, the sooner you identify it the better!
One doctor told me it was "impossible" for yeast to cause those sorts of symptoms but guess what, once treated (with an extra-LONG course of diflucan) they all went away for both of us.
If it continues to bother you, it might be worth looking into. Good luck!
