whats next after an MRCP??

Hi,ive various symptoms at the moment, one being excruciating stomach pains which seem to start from tpper right side. Ive slightly elavated liver enzymes. Had lots of tests, ultrasounds, endoscopies and now mrcp which is all normal apart from small hiatus hernia which doc says is irrelavant as wouldnt be causing my symptoms. Every so often i loose alot of weight and then a month or so later put it back on again and then few months later it happens again, its been like this for nearly 2 years now.ive lots of other symptoms also. But im wandering what test could they possibly do next if the mrcp was normal??? I was so counting on this to find something and cant believe it didnt!! Any help please x
