still get alot of pressure in body where GB was removed.Especially after eating most foods and only after lying down and resting does the bloating pain and pressure subside along with these episodes my blood sugar and blood pressure goes way up.Also when i walk around for a while the pressure builds .all im using since the surgery,
5 months ago is Omeprazole and over the counter gasx pills.i am insulin diabetic 2, use bp . and said to have asthma and barrets esophagus.
Today My gastro dr. has informed me that the reason i am experiencing so much discomfort is not so much from my g.b. surgery but from Gastroparesis and that the metcloprimide i stopped taking because of all the tv and cable warnings from attys. and law offices, is the only medication available in the united states to treat this. He also mentioned that there is another drug only available from Canada that works better but is not approved by the FDA,and also not covered by my insurance . now i am really confused and wondering is it time to seek a different opinion?
also my dr. explained that the food in my digestive tract does not digest fast enough.
