Sounds like you have a virus. Just eat the foods you would eat when your sick. No dairy! Toast, crackers, oatmeal, rice, apple juice, ginger ale.
The more you drink, the faster you detox. Other than apples juice, no produce either.
Of course, with pain in your back, have the doctor check you out and see what he has to say. Hopefully he'll confirm this.
