I have chronic abdominal pain and nausea after eating
For the past week, I've been having some serious issues eating anything without getting nauseous. I'm constantly dizzy, which makes it really difficult to do almost anything. I have pain in my stomach all the time, and sometimes in my right/left side and in my back.
I could really use some help with trying to find out what this is. My birthday is is a couple of days and I would really appreciate the help.

Sounds like you have a virus. Just eat the foods you would eat when your sick. No dairy! Toast, crackers, oatmeal, rice, apple juice, ginger ale.
The more you drink, the faster you detox. Other than apples juice, no produce either.
Of course, with pain in your back, have the doctor check you out and see what he has to say. Hopefully he'll confirm this.
