Hello fellow sufferers ,please take a minute to read my story. I'll try to keep it brief. Im looking for insight from other sufferers cuz doctors are doing nothing for me and I can't live like this anymore.
-fluttering in stomach whether its empty or full
-fluttering/gas causes heart palpitations and sometimes afib
-I have to calculate my every move (standing, sitting, bending, turning, etc) so I don't set off an 'attack'
-I've lost 40lbs since this has started (3 years ago ish)
-I can only eat toddler sized portions cuz if my stomach is too full, I'll have an attack
-when I have to have a bowel movement, my body FREAKS out. It goes into panic attack mode. It is triggered by the sensation coming from my insides. Its not a mental panic attack. Its physical.
-it takes hours for me to fully empty my bowels. Several trips to the bathroom. Then I am EXHAUSTED.
-lightheaded/dizzy when I need to have a bowel movement or pass gas
-bowel movements are relatively normal.
-im am FREEZING ALL the time!
-can't drink coffee, alcohol or pop anymore.
-sensitive to sugar
I do have thyroid nodules that are benign but, was never diagnosed with any sort of thyroid disease. Not hypo or hyper. Well, according to my blood work anyway. Had all sorts of tests done on my heart. They came back fine.
I've read it could be my vagus nerve or gastroparesis, or irritable bowel syndrome or low stomach acid, or vitamin B12 defiency, or h.pylori, etc...........
Regardless, I don't know WHY this started, WHAT made it start, or HOW to make it stop! Im depressed and ready to just curl up and die because of this. Its RUINED my life!
Can any of you relate? Have you got a diagnosis? Have you found a cure?
I've tried teas, vitamins, probiotics, digestive enzymes, serotonin, acid reducers, etc..................
P.S. I also suffer from lower back problems. Could it be pinching my vagus nerve?
