| blood in stool, stomach cramps and feeling light headed
Yes I am 23 years old and athletic, and just noticed bright red blood in my stool I am having a pain in the area like a tear or scratch. I am having a burning cramping sensation in my stomach as well that showed up around the same time. Yesterday after a light treadmill session at the gym I came home to find myself about to pass out. I have had this feeling today as well with a slight headache. I'm a little worried and wondering if I should go to doctor, I have never expierienced this before.
