Small Diameter/Smelly Stool

Don't know how to explain it..I have been having a small diameter stool off and on for last couple of days..Been every day for last two days..stool is very smelly..and I have been really naueous. 32 year old male with no previous health issues at all..Healthy..eat right, etc..is this something I should considering going to the ER for?

Small diameter stools are usually caused by not eating enough soluble fiber -- it absorbs fluid and bulks up your stools.

Insoluble fiber causes the stool to be smaller because it does not absorb fluid but causes your stool to move faster through your intestines faster and does not have time to properly digest so it produces a foul odor.

You may have a stomach virus--- that causes the nausea.

I suggest that you
Eat some yogurt and kifer to help your digestion
and make the unfriendly bacteria more friendly in your GI tract.
