Hello
I am asking urgently .
my brother suffers from sever stomachache. we live in Iran. after passing and using lots of recommendations and prescriptions of various practitioners the cure is still abortive.
after using PANTAZOL 20 mg, Domperidone 10 mg, trifluoperazine, chloriazepoxide, propranole 20 , raprazol etc. now he feels sever pain in his stomach.
we have already taken lots of pictures from his stomach but recognition is Zero.
he feels vomiting pain in stomach further he doesn't like to eat any kind of food or everything.
it's a 3 year disease.
please help me.

I'm sorry to hear your brother is in such pain.
Has he had an Endoscopy. A biopsy would show if he has H.Pylori.
H.Pylori can cause Ulcers and this in turn would cause a lot of pain.
He should return to his Dr if the treatment is not helping.

Hi,
I have just looked up the drug Rabeprazole and I see a number of side effects related to this drug. It is possible it does not suit your brother and he should go back to his Dr and see if there is something else he could take.

I appriciate your response. he has already done the Endoscopy. diognosis is bowel obstruction, as I saw his case the other day. you know the problem that we face with is that he has no willing to drink or eat something. I have to mention that he is diabetic patient too. doctors tell that he will be treated by using drugs but he is getting worse.
I would be very thankful if you help me in this matter.
