Please help. Im desperate. Something is wrong with my digestive system

So Ive been having digestive problems for the past two months. I guess i will describe all of my symptoms ever since this problem has started so i can try and get the best advice i can get.

About two months ago i cooked a Thai dish over at my friends house. I ate like a pig that night, but its not too unusual for me. Im a big guy and tend to eat a lot. And i dont mean big by obese or anything. Im 6'3 and weigh 200 lbs, so im far from obese and maybe not even overweight, not sure. Well after that night and the following days/week i felt very bloated and started experiencing vomitting and diahreah. More diahreah than vomiting. I also was burping a lot. I always felt the urge to burp, and with a little push, i was always belching. After a week or so, i finally started to stop having diahrea or vomitting, but i still had the bloating, and back-up type feeling in my stomach. Ever since i stopped having the diahrea and vomitting symptoms, ive been constipated which ive never had that problem ever before.

And still to this day, a month or so later, im still constipated a lot. I know i have to use the restroom but whenever i attempt to, nothing comes out except gas or very little comes out. No matter how hard i push. I know i need to go, i just cant get it out. (i apologize for being graphic, but im trying to figure out whats going on!) I am also still having the belching problem and do it constantly!

Only thing that slight has helped is Ex Lax softener, but after that i still have the same problems.

Things I have tried to help my situation:
Ive gone through a whole bottle of Colon Health(Probiotic caps, total of 30 capsuls)
And 2 days ago i started taking 4X Probiotic capsuls, 1 a day as instructed.
and today i picked up a bottle of Fiber Choice and have chewed 2 chewables.

Im desperately trying to find a solution to get myself back to where i was, never worrying a day about something like constipation and the painful bloating feeling in my stomach area. I have no insurance and far in debt and do not have money to go see a doctor.

Im a Male 6'3 height, 200 lbs weight, age 24

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
