I have been having trouble digesting food for awhile, I never gave it much thought because it didn't impact my life at the time, and it didn't happen very often. Now it seems to happen all the time, I can barley digest anything.
Most recent occurrence is Nov 24th-26th, so right now. I had thanksgiving dinner which consisted of, Turkey, Ham, Black Olives, Green Olives, Pickles, Twice Baked Potatoes, Candied yams, Green Beans, and a Pumpkin and Cream cheese dessert roll. For the past 2 days I have been vomiting turkey and green beans, with a mixture of everything else, including my dinner from last night which was Chili (homemade), some ranch dip and crackers, pretzels, homemade cookies, and Snapple Mango Madness flavor. I vomited all of my dinner last night plus some from thanksgiving, as well as yesterday at 5pm I vomited thanksgiving dinner and now I have watery dirreha

Do you belch up a strange but strong, foul taste of rotten eggs? If so, I'd say it's Gastroparesis.
Go to your gastroenterologist and have a panendoscopy if you can, it sounds like gastroparesis.
Gastroparesis occurs when the stomach muscle fails to digest food and becomes paralysed. The result is that food remains undigested in the stomach for long periods and over time, will rot and eventually be thrown back up.
