| Constant gas and nausea, and a lot of other things!
Hello. I'm a 22-year old male, 145 lbs. In general good health. There are no real health problems that run in my family, although my father had a mild heart attack and my grandmother needed to have a triple bypass surgery.
I'm having major issues with my digestive system. I've always been tall and skinny, and can't gain weight. Lately, I think I'm even losing weight, or muscle mass. I haven't had much of an appetite in weeks. I eat small portions and feel full. Usually after everything I eat, I get a feeling of nausea. I also have constant gas. It seems as though everything I eat makes my stomach feel bad. I can't remember the last time I even felt good after eating. My bowel movements have been a bit more frequent (about 1-1.5 a day) but no constipation or diarrhea.
A few weeks back I had a severe bout of vomiting, although I would probably attribute that to food poisoning.
Other symptoms: my legs and arms fall asleep (numbness/tingling) very easily. I am having a lot of trouble sleeping at night. Constant fatigue. I have low blood pressure and also took a test a few years back and it seemed to show that I am borderline anemic.
I'm taking the medication Welbutrin for depression since about 2 months ago.
I feel like I've had these symptoms all my life, but not as severe as I'm feeling them now.
