how long should you wait to be retested for h pylori after antibiotics?
 

i finished my 2 weeks of antibiotics back in october. should i get retested yet to see if i still have h pylori? also,what is the best test to ask for?

I was told I was clear during an Endoscopy for something else about nine months later, I dont know if it was something they could see or if they took a blood test during the Endoscopy.
I thought I had H.P again a year later and sent a stool test to a test laboratory. The result was Negative.
I believe that a Stool test or a Breath test are both reliable.
