Hello everybody,
my bowel movements got really bad about 4 years ago when I moved to Greece. I quickly found out that the tap water was the main reason, since I was fine after drinking bottled water. 2 years ago I returned to Germany and all my symptoms (gas, stomach cramps, diarrhea) were gone. Well, it all started again after moving to Canada about 1 1/2 years ago and got worse since then. I tried lots of things, including not drinking milk/eating cheese, drinking bottled/filtered water, eating healthier (more bananas...) - nothing had a lasting impact. I sometimes eat and have to run to the toilet just 30 min later. Ok now the strangest thing: I went back to Germany for the Christmas holidays and all my problems were gone after a day and didn't come back once for the 3 weeks I was there.
What could that be?
