| gas & headaches
hello every one out there having this stomach gas into head problem..
i too am suffering from this thing..
presently i am eighteen and i am having this problem for about 2 years
and it seems there is no cure
i belong to india where people have wheat , fine wheat flour , rice as there staple diet
i am ok with eating chapati (wheat),, but i cant eat maida (fine wheat flour)
it just dont get digested in my stomach properly and creates gas wich directly goes into my head and causes severe headaches unless i release it which is not in my control
even disprin , crocin pain relief has no effect on me
i dont understand the cause of the problem
i was ok with every stuff before 16
i havent gone to any doc and my family insist me to eat everthing , so whenever i eat that stuff it gives me a bad headache and also the faeces is also shiny in that case and bit different from the normal
even rice causes this problem too
milk and diary products has no effect on me , i am ok with that
please if anyone of u has succesfully cured this thing then please tell me know about it
