Red face Trouble Burping
In the mornings I cough and cough and then start heaving.
It feels like I am going to vomit but I start burping heaps instead of bringing up any food.
I have an uncomfortable feeling about the middle of the oesphagus area and feels like something is stuck.
I also have an uncomfortable feeling about 2inches above my naval.
I have been experiencing this problem since having a bowel resection 3 years ago.

It sounds like you are having Cramping or muscle spasms--- usually caused by lack of magnesium in your system---Every cell in your body contains magnesium and being low causes cramps &spasms!!

BTW-- Chelated Magnesium is the best absorbed---it is bonded to a protein amino acid and is smaller than other forms of magnesium and gets to cells faster
