I'm still not feeling right

I have got over the camplyobacter infection in my stomach ( i think) as ive taken a weeks worth of antibitiocs and my stools are now formed, although still mucosy (sorry).

But, my stomach still feels upset and not balanced. Today ive felt lethargic, tired and no energy at all. My stomach is a bit gassy, and i felt a bit nauseous today too.

Why a week after finishing my antibiotics and 2 weeks after start of this infection, do i still feel unwell?

I have put on some weight since the infection went though, so being the hypochondriac i am, im thinking im probably not dying of some disease as i have stopped losing weight now.

I just want to feel well again, i just do not feel right, any ideas?
