Intestinal lining in stool?
This is pretty gross so apologies

Just been to the toilet and when I was wiping noticed something there

At first I thought it was some sort of gut worm, but when I looked it looks like a 3-4 inch sausage skin so I am guessing its intestinal lining

I have always had slightly dodgy digestion, and did get some stomach pain the other night, but apart from noticing I am more gassy at night than normal there have not been any real changes

I'm really worried

It could be the sloughing off of dead cells and or fat. The gassiness might just be from the foods you;re eating.
