Can you take TOO many digestive enzymes and probiotics?

Hi all!

I was wondering if there truly is a limit to how many digestive enzymes and probiotics one can take during a day? I have severe digestive issues (not certain what the diagnosis is- but major bloating and pain) and I am starting to take these supplements prior to my meals. Can I take them before light snacks as well? And can I take more than recommended on the bottle?

Any input is appreciated!
Thanks,
Jen
