| No ulcers but have polyps
So I got a call about my results, so to make a long story short I was scheduled for an edoscopy on Monday and was supposed to have an upper GI. So after much waiting and confusion. I got an Upper GI barium thing.
Today I got the results and I do not have ulcers. However I do have pretty bad reflux and I have polyps in my stomach.
We're now going to schedule an endoscopy and a biopsy on the polyps.
I'm confused.... do polyps bleed? I started seeing the doctor because I was having blood in my stool. They thought for sure I had an ulcer but I don't.
I'm supposed to stick to my protonix for the reflux. And that's where I am now.
