Hi People
I have had IBS or whateve you choose to call it for years,about 2 months ago it improved but I then started getting a burning about 2/3 inches below my chest on the lfe hand side(I guess that may be where your stomach is?
I then startede t get burning all down my arms-mainly left.

Doctor thinks its heartburn so he gave me some omeprazole-no good.
It seems to be getting worse , thde only time it doesn't burn is when i am asleep.
I will wake up with slight burning in my arms and as the day progresses the burning in my chest gets progressively worse,
I am sooo desperate to get rid of this, i have been off work ill but MUST go back tomorrow and am dreading not being able to concentrate.
I wnet to see another doctor who said the didnt, think it was heartburn as it was in the wrong place and said it was ibs so there was no need for an endoscopy and snet me for blood tests for neuropathy
I have stopped smoking for 4 days now as i thought it may help and i have been a heavy smoker for 30 years, that is how desperate i am to get rid of it.
I am drinking loads of water, aloe vera juice .
Surely i need an endoscopy? It just will not go away-i am about 2 stone overweight which maybe doesn't help although what the connection is i dont kno
Any advice much appreciated -it is ruining my life
