Feel like i've been punched in the stomach
Any ideas? it comes and goes.
it is under the sternum, and sometimes the pain is just to the right, just below the rib cage. one time the pain was so bad i couldn't breathe and almost passed out. is it just acid reflux? although it isn't burning my throat or something more serious?

Gallbladder maybe? Have you been tested for it?

Hi,
I agree with Titchou, It could be a Gallbladder problem.
Do you eat a high fat diet. See your Dr as Gallstones will also cause pain in that area.
