Hi new here, Have a list of symptoms
Here is my list
IBS
Gerd
rashes
wheat intolerance
possibly lactose intolerance(denial here,love my cheese LOL)
Thats it in a nut shell,have not seen a doctor for it. No insurance. Been taking digestive enzymes and quick lactose pills. Still having problems.
My question is what brand of digestive enzymes do you take and if the plant based ones are better than animal based?
I am working on getting to the doctor. Trying to apply for medicaid here.

I am a nurse, and we give Florastor to our patients when they are on antibiotics, to prevent C dif. It is a good probiotic. It can be expensive. We also recommend acidophyllis tablets. Florastor is given 2 x day and acidophyllis 3 x day. Good luck.
