Help
This is really embarrassing to share but I think something maybe wrong with my tummy so I will anyways. So I decided to make a salad at home today for the first time with spinach and about 40 minutes later I had to go to the bathroom. I saw some of the spinach in my business : p. I eat salads with spinach from subway all the time but this is the first time this has happened.
Is something wrong with me?

Dear no need to worry its just natural and simple you have not any problem as whenever you use Spence in your salad this will happen because some time it comes out un digest so there is no problem. Enjoy life
