Exclamation anyone think this sounds like somethigs wrong?

Hello, I'm 20 years old. Female. I had h.pylori when I was in the 6th grade that took a long time to get rid of. Ever since then I have had constant indigestion and it left me with acid reflux. But onto the problem. For over a year now when I use the restroom I have had a MINKMAL amount of bright red blood on the toilet paper. It almost looks as if I've cut myself and I just dabbed it. Little specks. I've also been constipated on and off. Ans for a fee months I have had daily nausea +and stomach pain) going through to my back that hurts really bad. Also have had abdominal pain when going to the restroom and I'm a lot more hungrier than usual. Anyone have a clue what could be going on?

Well, spots of blood on the toilet paper are usually a sign of a slight anal tear or hemorrhoid, which can be caused by constipation. Mild tears generally heal fine once the constipation is resolved.

The nausea and pain, though, it's probably worth getting it checked out. Could be gastritis (inflamed stomach) could be something else. If you had a good gastroenterologist when you were younger, go back there. If not, find one.
