DR Appt Tues...?? I should ask?

I'm new here, but I'm hoping someone might be able to guide me in what questions I should be sure to ask my doctor at my appt on Tuesday. Or what I should insist he check.

Since 2009, I occasionally get a tightness in my upper abdomen and right side under my rib cage. It does not radiate to my back or other areas. It seems to contract, meaning it comes and goes, but consistent for at least 30 min up to maybe a couple of hours. It happened several times in 2009, but I chalked it up to a stressful work environment. I'm now a stay at home mom and much less stressed. However, it has happened a handful of times since then.

I'm 32, mom of 4, right ovary removed in 1999 due to large ovarian cyst, gallbladder removed in 2004 due to gallstones and most recently, a hysterectomy in June of this year. I still have my left ovary. I no longer have bowel issues since my hysterectomy.

I get no other symptoms other than an extreme pain when it happens and I am really tired after it stops. I'm not sure what it could be since most diagnoses online indicate at least nausea and vomiting as a symptom.

Thanks in advance for any advice on this!
