Stomach pains

ive been under a gastro for 2 years. Ive had an endo and i have a small hiatal hernia. Which right now isnt giving me too much trouble.
it's the constant stomach ache. Usually very low down on pelvic bone or in my lower right side of stomach.

Almost everything i eat gives me wind and wind pains. I wake every morning with stomach ache. Right as i am writing this now i have a low dull ache.

Sometimes my stools are runny sometimes hard, sometimes just normal.

Is this typical IBS? im sick of going to my gastro and him just saying that my stomach takes longer than normal to empty and its likea post infection IBS as ive had e coli and campylobacter in the past. I just cant go on with a dodgy tummy. I want to feel normal again i dont know what to do anymore. I try to stay away from FODMAP foods as in broccolli, cauliflower, onions etc, but im still having pain almost all the time .
