Someone has to know!

Hi all,
I have off and on for the past few months have been alternating constipation and runny bowel movements. Right now I'm currently having my normal movements which is 1-2 twice daily with normal consistency. I also have bouts of extreme nauseas but have only thrown up once. I also had a week where i had constant pressure in my rectum like I needed to have a bowel movement but nothing would come out.
However I have this constant abdominal tenderness when I touch my liver/gallbladder area as well as stomach area. It is more tender today then it's been. When I press on that area it's such a gnawing/nauseas feeling it gives me. I have had an upper GI that was normal and a abdominal CT with contrast that was also normal.
I'm hoping you can offer some insight as where to go next?? Should I see a GI specialist? I asked my doc to order a abdominal ultrasound but she is hesitant. I plan on pushing her to order one anyway. What about a colonoscopy??

Thanks in advance all!!!

What is your diet like? Was bloodwork/stool samples done and did your doctor have anything to say about the abdominal tenderness?

Im the whole 30 now which is a paleo elimination diet. I basically eat grassed meats, lots of veggies, fruits, healthy fats and ferments. Some nuts, I've had a done of blood and everything is normal. They dont know what the tenderness is. That's why I'm here to see if anyone can help. I have not done a stool sample.

I also get really bloated after dinner. It's almost uncomfortable.
