| Left side chest pain - indigestion?

FOr the past month I Have been experiencing a weird pain in my left chest, just above my breast - sometimes feels like it is behind my breast but the last few days it has been above. It comes on me first thing in the morning and last all day fading in and out but there still the same until about late afternoon when it disappears and then its back again in the morning. Just wondering if this sounds like indigestion? it is a weird pain not sore sore enough to stop me going about my day but draining as its there all day - kinda like an ache. I have had an xray and blood tests and all is fine. I do have a hiatus hernia but it has never really bothered me. I do take a PPI. I did go to see my doctor last week but at that time I thought I might have strained myself from coughing as I had a really bad cough and the pain started around that time.....Any words of wisdom appreciated.
