Nausea when I have ANY type of intestinal movement

Okay, first off, my stomach does have issues at times with emptying.. sometimes it empties too quickly, other times too slowly. Mayo Clinic found this out..

However, the only real time I have nausea is when I have any type of intestinal movement like a bowel movement or intestinal gas, cramps.

What causes this and does anyone else relate? Once my intestines stop with the movement (and I calm down since I do stress out) then the nausea goes away.

Anyone have this and what helps it?
