Indigestion and over-eating
8 days ago, I seriously over-did it with junk food, basically a lot of saturated fat containing foods. Ever since, I've been dealing with digestive problems, bloating, abdominal pain from time to time, and of course, the worst symptom of nausea.
I've had a history of some digestive trouble for quite a few years now. I used to feel sick and have digestive trouble none stop for about a year. I finally managed to get it under control by going wheat free and trying to lead a reasonably healthy lifestyle.
I really hope this does pass. It's scary how long it can go on for afterward.
Would appreciate any replies or just a friendly ear from someone to talk to.
