I have been experiencing sluggish digestion/very full feeling after meals that sometimes lasts over night and I find that I am still full when I wake up in the morning and I am unable to eat or drink anthing for fear of feeling even more uncomfortable. No pain, just discomfort. This has been going on for 3 1/2 months. I am 48 and have never had any stomach problems before. Has anyone ever dealt with anything like this?
Exercise will speed up your metabolism, especially exercise in the morning! A good morning routine is 5 minutes skipping and ten minutes running a couple of times a week before breakfast which should kick start your metabolism for the day. It works particularly well if the exercise is reasonably high intensity! Hope this helps!
