Slowing down the "process"
I have had many undiagnosed symptoms over the past 3 years...still with no answers. One of them is fairly constant digestive issues.
Every morning when I wake up I have an upset stomach...usually going to the bathroom 2-3 times within an hour. (sick stomach feeling, loose stool).
I've seen 2 gastroenterologists, both just said it was "mild IBS"
I'm going on a fishing trip with my dad in April.
3 days in a row, where we will be on a boat with no bathroom from 7am until 12pm. My stomach usually gets upset around 9 when I wake up...and I really have to go...it's not something I can hold.
I had a bad experience on a boat with this same issue about 3 years ago.
My question: Is there something that I can take that will completely stop my digestive system, or slow it down, or make it so that I can hold it for a couple hours? Anything?
