I don't know your age, but pain in the chest or upper abdomen that radiates into the neck and arms should be considered cardiac until that possibility is ruled out. This doesn't sound like typical heartburn, as Zantac will usually relieve that. This should be checked out immediately with an EKG, blood tests for heart enzymes, possibly a treadmill, and if no cardiac reason for the pain is found, then a gastrointestinal cause should be sought.
