Take note of what you're eating. Also,I tend to get filled with gas when I haven't been able to move my bowels for two or more days in a row. Sometimes I am expelling lots of foul smelling gas as well as having trapped gas because I haven't been able to move my bowels. Once I move my bowels the gas problem goes away. I tend to get lots of gas when I eat asparagas, cabbage, lots of soda, sometimes baked beans. Some people get gas from milk or milk products because they can't digest the lactose or whey protein. I hope this helps you !
