Extreme fullness after eating a little bit

For many, many years I've had a problem that, whenever I eat something, even small amounts of food (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CEREAL), I become extremely bloated/full and I usually have to stuff the rest of my food by force.

To be sure, I am not eating excessively. For example, half of a ham sandwich (using maybe 2-3 slices of cold cut ham and regular store-bought sliced bread) can utterly destroy my stomach and leave me bloated for most of the day. I burp throughout the entire day and sometimes I even burp up chunks of my food. I am losing weight when I don't even want to because I can't bear to eat "normally".

What is wrong with me?
