Barrett's esophagus

Hi everyone! I have been having some trouble with my barretts lately and wa looking for advice. I got diagnosed in march of last year at age 24 after having severe stomach pain under my ribs for months. No dysplaysia was present thank god! I currently am taking 40mg of Prilosec twice a day. Lately I've been feeling as though there's something stuck in my throat. It doesn't feel like food it actually feels like a blob of mucous. It will not go away! Sometimes it's difficult to swallow foods. I also am getting pain in my sternum area. I also have this symptom of feeling something clicking in my throat. I'm not sure that can be understood but it's the only way I can think to describe it. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the chunky feeling in my throat? I'm due for my yearly endo but wasn't able to get a dr appt to schedule it till may 20. I feel like I can't wait that long but was told they had nothing earlier. Any advice would be great. Thanks!
