You maybe have what is termed: Stress over load. When a persons mind has enough stress things can effect your body. I would work on what is causing your stress. Some PPO's and HMO's offer support groups, I would look into that right away so you can get some help.
For heart burn I think Gaviscon Extra Strength, tabs three with a sip of water helps. Try taking 15 min before eating.

First off, I work in a highly stressful work environment.
About two weeks ago i began having anxiety attacks with heartburn.. or rather anxiety attacks because of heart burn ( thought it was heart attack )
Then 5 days ago at dinner, (chicken tomato mushrooms and wine cooked together) i felt overly full and bloated, had a hard time using the bathroom.
Felt terrible so i took peptobismol for a bit..
Stomach hurt and I feared food poisoning, appendicitis, or gall bladder issues..
went to a doctor who thought IBS. went to a second doctor to get blood work who thought ulcers.
Went to the ER to get more blood tests and ultrasound (a voluntary visit)
my appendix is fine, my liver is fine, gallbladder and pancreas are fine.
My blood shows no signs of anything chemically unbalanced.
I am 24 and skinny.
I get an ache on my ride side toward the back that extends from the hip to the ribs that sometimes travels to the lower or upper back.
depending on what i eat will cause flares of painful burning sensations in my intenstines and my side.
as i write this i have a sour taste at the base of my throat :/
I get tired and dont feel like moving much..
I have not had a fever yet, no throwing up, Only currently do i have loose stools but i think its because i just had salad and corn and potatos all day. but they are not black or grainy.. they tend to be normal looking.. this last one wasnt so much though.. fiberous and tan with corn chunks in it.
I am taking Prilosec 20mg and a probiotic supplement.
I will be setting up a GI appointment soon to hopefully figure this out.
It is making me miserable.
