Anyone know about gastritis?

Long story short-have had upper left stabbing pains (about 1 1/2 inch below left breast) on and off for 5 yrs. Sometimes its in my back on same side, sometimes radiates to right.

Lipase has been elevated at most double, now ususally mildly-Drs say that could be normal for me though.

I have what I call flares....so I can be good for awhile then have 6 wks of these stabbing pains that can hit hourly in a flare or just a few times a day.

Ive had 5 EUS, 2 MRCP-pancreatitis has never been found. One dr suggested it could be this.

Ive had a history of severe heartburn in the past before all of this, but oddly it hasnt been too bad since these episodes started to happen 5 yrs ago.

Sound familiar? Trying to focus on finding other causes if its not my pancreas, and honestly pray its NOT as dad died of Pan can.
