I have physical issues with my back,pelvis, hips and also psychiatric ones as major depressive disorder, OCD, DID, Self Injurer, & other personality disorders such as neurotic,histrionic,avoidant. Are you sure your psych and med docs gave them enough info the first time round? And if you have a psych therapist or physical therapist, did they??
I live in Ohio, but worked and filed in WV & didn't have any problems, but I think sometimes overkill on the information provided to Disability is better than not enough. I do not mean to stretch your symptoms and functionality by any means, just that every little thing is documented by all of your providers.
Keep watching for other replies. I am sure Purplebill can give you much more indepth technical answers. He seems to know EVERYTHING when it comes to disability issues!!
I think he must be either a retired or bored disability attorney, or someone who used to work in a Disability office!!
